Net zero (Climate change, energy saving, renewable energy, non-investment in fossil fuel, embodied carbon)

With a target of achieving net zero emission by 2050, we conduct continuous reviews of measures, including the introduction of new technologies, the promotion of initiatives for reducing energy use, the procurement of renewable energy and the reduction of embodied carbon, for the purpose of reducing energy use and greenhouse gas emissions and contributing to the realization of a net zero society.

Sustainable decision-making

Commitment regarding water contamination and safe water and hygienic environment

• We observe laws and regulations related to controlling, reducing and eliminating water contamination and maintain the normal function of drainage facilities to prevent the release of sewage, etc.
• We will appropriately manage water quality and provide safe water and a hygienic environment to employees and tenants.

We will not fund a lobby group that denies climate change or objects to climate-related regulations.
