For JPR to grow stably over the medium to long term, it is essential to address such social requirements as considerations for the environment, society and corporate governance. Our asset mangement company, Tokyo Tatemono Realty Investment Management, Inc. (TRIM), has established a “Sustainability Policy” with regard to its initiatives aimed at enhancing the sustainability of society.
