Overview of Asset Management Company

Tokyo Tatemono Realty Investment Management, Inc. (TRIM) is a J-REIT asset management company and wholly owned subsidiary of Tokyo Tatemono Co., Ltd.
It has concluded an asset management agreement with JPR and is engaged in business related to asset management (buying and selling of real estate, etc., all decisions related to leasing), business related to fund procurement, and reporting to JPR pursuant to the Articles of Incorporation of JPR and the target and policy of asset management stipulated therein.
