No damage to our portfolio assets (4 properties in Fukuoka City, Fukuoka Prefecture) that would impact our operating status has been found to have been caused by the earthquake and aftershocks originating in the Kumamoto area of Kumamoto Prefecture that began on April 14, 2016 (the 2016 Kumamoto Earthquake). Notice will be given if any damage that would impact our operating status is discovered.
