President and CEO
Yoshihiro Jozaki

In 1989, Yoshihiro Jozaki joined Tokyo Tatemono Co., Ltd. Over the following years, he gained experience in the development of buildings, brokerage operations targeting corporations, and operation of servicing through foreclosure, self- foreclosure, etc.
Starting in July 1998, he was seconded to Tokyo Tatemono Property Management Co., Ltd. (currently Tokyo Tatemono Co., Ltd.), where he engaged in product planning, sales and investor management operations, etc. for retail investment products (the Invest Fund Series) based on the Real Estate Specified Joint Enterprise Act.
For 7 years and 7 months since July 2000, he conducted work for public offering of Tokyo Tatemono Real Estate Sales Co., Ltd. (listed on the Second Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange in July 2006 and promoted to the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange in December 2007) as the main figure in charge at its Business Planning Office.
In 2008, he became the Head of Kyushu Branch of Tokyo Tatemono Co., Ltd. and exercised control over development of real estate investment, operation of private funds, investor support service and other operations.
He assumed the position of the Head of Kansai Branch in 2012 and engaged in office buildings, residential development and urban development businesses for the Kansai area. In the urban development business, he participated in the redevelopment project of an area next to Osaka Station spanning around 7 hectares (currently Grand Front Osaka) through a tokutei mokuteki kaisha (TMK) and promoted the project as an asset manager of the TMK. After its construction completed in 2013, he oversaw master lease and property management operations for offices (leasable floor space of approximately 22,900 tsubos) in Tower B of the Grand Front Osaka.
In April 2017, he joined Tokyo Realty Investment Management, Inc. (assumed the post of President and CEO).

Director and Chief Investment Officer
Noboru Kuboniwa

Noboru Kuboniwa joined Tokyo Tatemono Co., Ltd. in 1990. For the first approximately six years, he was engaged in real estate transaction brokerage services for corporations in the Brokerage Department.
In 1996, he was moved to the Building Development Department to conduct property acquisitions, and was in charge of acquisition of the headquarters building of a financial institution and bidding operations related to the land owned by JNR Settlement Corporation, among other services.
In 1998, Kuboniwa was seconded to Tokyo Tatemono Fund Management Co., Ltd., where he engaged in product planning, sales and investor management operations, etc. for retail investment products (the Invest Fund Series) based on the Real Estate Specified Joint Enterprise Act.
He returned to Tokyo Tatemono in 2001 to be in charge of real estate securitization services in the Investment Services Department.
Moreover, he was engaged in launching Tokyo Realty Investment Management Inc. (TRIM) and Japan Prime Realty Investment Corporation (JPR) as the main person in charge of their establishment. As he performed this assignment, he worked to incorporate office buildings in the portfolio of JPR through the sponsor pipelines, in an effort to secure investment properties for JPR.
For two years since 2002, he conducted tenant support services (property management services) in the Property Management Department.
Since 2004, he was involved in asset management operations and property acquisition and sale operations in the Business Planning Department, and sold Tokyo Tatemono Kyobashi Bldg., Tokyo Tatemono Yokohama Bldg., Olinas Tower and other properties to JPR. Moreover, in developing office buildings, he was in charge of business promotion in general, preparing development plans, making arrangements with right holders, etc. and supervising leasing and management operations.
In March 2012, Kuboniwa was seconded to TRIM and took office as Group Director, Asset Management Group, Investment Management Division. He supervised the internal growth strategy of JPR as he worked to improve the occupancy rate and implemented contract renewals with upward revisions of rents.
In January 2017, he took office as Director and Chief Investment Officer (General Manager of Investment Management Division) of TRIM.

Director, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer
Yoshinaga Nomura

After joining Tokyo Tatemono Co., Ltd. in 1987, Yoshinaga Nomura gained experience in property management operations for high-rise buildings at the Shinjuku Branch.
For approximately 4 years since 1989, he was involved in land acquisition and business promotion for for-sale condominium business. After that, he assumed responsibility for facility planning, management of revenue and expenditure, and launching operation when construction completed concerning development of large-scale complex properties in the Tokyo Waterfront City.
From 1996, he worked at the Business Planning Department and engaged in operations including corporate management through use of figures, market research and analysis, and planning and introduction of an organization management structure.
In October 2000, Nomura was seconded to Tokyo Realty Investment Management, Inc. and implemented investment consideration and acquisition operations concerning numerous properties as a figure in charge of preparation operations for listing of Japan Prime Realty Investment Corporation, launching of asset management business, and property acquisitions, in addition to establishing manuals.
He returned to Tokyo Tatemono in July 2007 to oversee its financing operations, which are conducted through project financing for many properties including large-scale developments conducted by Tokyo Tatemono, asset management of SPCs including property sales, planning and development of retail investment products based on the Real Estate Specified Joint Enterprise Act and other operations.
In 2015 he was appointed as General Manager of Corporate Communications Department and held control over investor relation operations for domestic and overseas investors, public relation operations including dealing with media and corporate advertising, corporate communication operations and other operations.
He was seconded to Tokyo Realty Investment Management, Inc. in April 2017 and appointed as Director and Chief Financial Officer.
In March 2020, Director, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer.
