Basic Policies
Japan Prime Realty Investment Corporation (JPR) makes it a basic policy in building the portfolio to enhance profitability and stability by reinforcing the growth potential through focused investments in office properties in Tokyo, while working to realize diversification at certain proportions into urban retail properties in terms of asset classes and into major regional cities in terms of geographical areas.
Over many years since listing in 2002, JPR has achieved a track record of paying stable distributions per unit. We believe this is due to the high quality of our portfolio that features both growth potential and stability.
JPR has established its "Investment Policies," "Investment Targets" and "Distribution Policies" based on its articles of incorporation. For details, please refer to the following.
