Note 1 : At the ninth General Meeting of Unitholders held on September 11, 2013, it was resolved that Satoshi Okubo be appointed as Substitute Executive Officer so that a shortage in the legally required number of Executive Directors can be avoided. Satoshi Okubo concurrently holds positions as president and CEO of Tokyo Realty Investment Management, Inc. He has no special interest with JPR.
